Switch plates when rotated to fit in cramped locations always posed an issue with the orientation of the switches. It would become a mental task to remember which side is ON and which side is OFF because when the switch is rotated with the plate its orientation would change from vertical or horizontal. A simple idea to change the 2 module rectangular switch to a square size of 45mm X45mm solved this pertinent issue and now you could still rotate the switch plate keeping the switches horizontal. The concept of 90° rotational possibility of the complete switch-plate assembly is well recognized in the industry and proved to be  a big step to establish GM Modular's strong vision towards design and innovation to improve life.
